Policies
Practices that keep the work trustworthy
Privacy
Client and congregant stories are never shared publicly without written consent. Case notes remain offline in secure storage and are handled according to state licensing guidelines. No session content appears in published articles, sermons, or website resources.
Counseling documentation
All counseling records follow Tennessee LPC licensure requirements. Informed consent, documentation retention, and confidentiality exceptions are reviewed at intake and honored throughout the working relationship.
Consulting agreements
Consulting engagements are scoped in writing before any work begins. Agreements outline confidentiality, deliverables, cadence, and what happens when a situation falls outside the original scope.
Publishing cadence
Sermons, articles, and resources post only after transcription, editing, and pastoral review. There is no automated or scheduled publication. Each piece is released when it is ready—not before.
Digital accessibility
Files will include plain-language summaries, high-contrast layouts, and descriptive text for images whenever applicable. If you encounter a barrier to access, please reach out directly.
Resource reuse
Published resources—handouts, prayers, guides—may be shared freely within pastoral and counseling contexts with attribution. Commercial use or reproduction in paid materials requires prior conversation.
